Coinbase is changing the payment method!
1. Crypto Payments – Onesafe 
Dear customers,
Onesafe provides the option to pay for goods via the stablecoin USDT or USDC.
Supported protocols:
1. ETH – USDC and USDT
2. Polygon – USDC
3. Avalanche – USDC
You can make payments through your wallet or through global exchanges such as Binance.
Purchase method:
1. When completing a purchase on the site, choose the Pay with Onesafe payment option.
2. An overview of all purchased products will be sent to your email
3. After that, you receive an email from Onesafe with a request for payment – Baltazar PRB LLC sent you an invoice
4. You choose a payment option and receive a crypto address to which you transfer funds. Keep track of transaction costs if you need to add.

With regard to AML, US regulations, at the Baltazar Shop, customers are allowed to purchase goods worth up to $3000 in cryptocurrencies per order WITHOUT user verification – KYC.
Every customer who buys at Baltazar Shop without verification, by ordering products, automatically agrees and declares that the crypto-currencies he pays for were not obtained through criminal activities, hacker operations or money laundering.
If the buyer wants to buy goods for more than $3000 in one transaction, Baltazar PRB LLC will request user verification. In accordance with the amendments to the US anti-money laundering laws when it comes to payments with cryptocurrencies, a customer who spends more than $10,000 in one or more transactions on the purchase of goods within 12 months will have to do KYC verification.

Verification process:
You must provide the information and documentation requested in the registration process. You agree to keep this information current and accurate and to provide updates within 10 days of any material changes to the information you provided. This data and documentation includes:
1. Your full name, exactly as it appears on your identity documentation
2. Date of birth
3. Physical address
4. Email address
5. Government identification number (e.g., SSN, TIN, JMBG, OIB)
6. A selfie with the camera date on the picture
Must contain 4 documents:
1. AML form
2. Passport
3. Proof of address verification – bill or statement
4. selfie picture with date or date watermark
Sanctions – limiting services according to countries and persons
Baltazar PRB LLC will not use the Onesafe Services (or allow any of our customers or clients to use the Onesafe Services) if customers or clients are
located, organized, or resident in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria or any other country subject to comprehensive United States embargos, UN sanctions, or if you are on the
U.S. Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals List; or supply any Coinbase Commerce Services to any individual or organization located, organized, or resident in
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria or any other country subject to United States comprehensive embargos, or to a person on the Specially Designated Nationals List.
For the avoidance of doubt, Onsafe may refuse to process a Transaction(s) at Coinbase’s sole discretion should it determine such refusal is necessary to protect its platform and/or users or if required by law.
Example – If you are a citizen of France and you are currently physically in one of the countries under sanctions, regardless of the reason for your stay in that country, please do not make payments to Baltazar Shop in cryptocurrencies.
2. Crypto Payments – Coinbase
Dear customers,
Please be advised that Coinbase is changing its billing rules. The new rule enters into force on April 15, 2024.
What’s new?
1. From 15.04.2024. you will not be able to pay from various exchanges (Binance) to us to buy any product
2. From 15.04.2024. you can only buy through your self-custody wallets (Trezor, Ledger, WEB3 wallets and ther online wallets)
3. From 15.04.2024. Coinbase is ending direct purchases for BTC, DOGE, BCH, LTC. Allowed to pay with ETH and L2 solutions like Polygon, Base. If you have account in Coinbase exchange, you will be able to pay with any crypto after 15.04.2024.
If you have funds on Binance, You can download Coinbase wallet for mobile or Chrome. Send funds from Binance to this wallet and make payment to Baltazar Shop.
